Handled like a master print
Your film is passed once to our transcription engine to generate the SRT. It is never added to any training set, ours or otherwise.
Uploaded video files are permanently removed from our storage no later than 60 minutes after upload — enforced by an automated cleanup job, not a promise.
Once your .srt is delivered, that small text file is all that stays around long enough to reach you. Everything else is scrubbed.
